Return & Exchange Policy — அழகி Threads

Due to the nature of sarees and fabric handling, we do not accept returns.
However, we do accept exchanges only if the item you receive is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

If You Receive a Faulty Item:

·       Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

·       Please include your order number and clear photos or video showing the issue.

·       The item must remain unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

If approved, we will arrange an exchange or suitable resolution.

Colour Variation:
Please note that colours may vary slightly due to photography lighting and screen display.
This is not considered a fault.

We kindly ask customers to record a parcel opening video for proof in case of any concerns.

We do not offer refunds unless the product is confirmed to be faulty and no replacement is suitable.

Refunds are not provided for:

·       Change of mind

·       Colour variation due to lighting/screens

·       Incorrect sizing, draping, or styling preference

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method.
